Governance

Substantive claims require a registered primary source, evidence row and explicit limitation. Maintainers separate current law, applicable mandatory standards, guidance, local policy and future proposals.

Privacy

The static wiki contains public-source research and no patient information. Do not place patient, staff, supplier-confidential, security-sensitive or credential material in the repository, generated graph, logs, issues or deployment output.

Corrections

To correct a claim:

  1. identify the page, claim and primary authority;
  2. update the source register and evidence matrix first;
  3. revise dependent synthesis, validation and standards data;
  4. run the complete verification gate;
  5. record the correction in the research log.

Urgent safety or legal concerns should be escalated to the accountable service owner, DPO, Caldicott Guardian, clinical-safety officer or security lead as appropriate.
