Evidence and method

Evidence supports the governing-instruments answer after the reader has selected a direction and workflow. It is not a competing first route through the wiki.

The maintained chain is:

primary source → source register → claim row → directional/workflow synthesis → applicability decision → recorded outcome

• Method defines source hierarchy, claim strength and change control.
• Source register records authority, scope and limitations.
• Evidence matrix maps the main claims to sources and confidence.
• Validation queue holds unresolved, time-sensitive and flow-specific checks.
• Research log records what was checked and when.

Generated pages, Graphify output, LLM exports and search indexes are discovery surfaces. They are never evidence.

Use the evidence pages to prove or qualify each candidate instrument, then apply the Decision guide and Record a sharing decision.
