The wiki maintains a visible chain from authority to decision:

primary source → source register → claim row → synthesis page → flow-specific decision

• Method defines source hierarchy, claim strength and change control.
• Source register records authority, scope and limitations.
• Evidence matrix maps the main claims to sources and confidence.
• Validation queue holds unresolved, time-sensitive and flow-specific checks.
• Research log records what was checked and when.

Generated pages, Graphify output, LLM exports and search indexes are discovery surfaces. They are never evidence.
