Operational LLM guide
This corpus supports evidence-grounded retrieval and drafting. It does not authorise a real information flow.
Route by question
- “What is the minimum or maximum?” → minimum-to-maximum requirement model
- “How do I decide a specific flow?” → sharing route decision workflow
- “Can care teams share this?” → direct-care sharing route
- “Can this be used for research, planning, audit or commissioning?” → beyond-care sharing route
- “Which NHS standard is mandatory?” → NHS standards applicability register
- “What safety/security evidence is needed?” → clinical safety and security controls
- “Which claim/source is authoritative?” → evidence matrix and source register
- “What may change?” → validation queue and horizon
Response contract
For a flow-specific answer:
- state jurisdiction and research date;
- distinguish current law, conditional standard, guidance, local decision and future proposal;
- classify purpose, data, roles and recipient;
- identify every required legal layer, not only a GDPR basis;
- cite stable source-register links beside material claims;
- state which facts remain unresolved and route them to the validation queue;
- express “maximum” as purpose/role-specific safe interoperability, never maximum record volume;
- recommend human specialist review proportional to novelty and risk.
Never treat generated Graphify, OKF, llms*, navigation or search output as evidence.
