Project design

The binding design contract is the repository-root DESIGN.md.

The production profile is Zensical full with Regulation 28-style stock renderer chrome. The renderer's supported Material-compatible colour variables and narrowly scoped interactive states use #0078d4 with accessible darker, lighter and transparent derivatives. Content-specific elements use the same restrained blue family, visible two-tone focus, semantic labels and rectangular evidence/decision surfaces. The renderer continues to own search, navigation, responsive drawers and page outline.

The wiki is intentionally decision-first:

decision guide

    → direct-care or beyond-care route
      → legal layers + applicable standards
        → evidence and validation

Generated graph and LLM exports remain subordinate navigation surfaces.
