The generated knowledge graph exposes documents, sources, citations, navigation, folders and file references.

• Two-dimensional view is best for scanning communities and direct links.
• Three-dimensional view helps explore dense neighbourhoods using the same graph data.

Regenerate both with npm run graph:update. Validate with npm run check:graph.
